West Dorset Pilates (formerly OSO Pilates) started in 2017 at the Old Sorting Office/Arts Centre in SW London. When Sharon returned to Dorset during the pandemic, she wanted a logo and name change to reflect the shift in her location and life journey.

Sharon Morgan is an experienced clinical Pilates instructor, gymnastics coach and tutor, and movement advocate. With many years’ experience facilitating well-being through movement for people of all ages and abilities, she likes nothing more than learning, exploring, and sharing conversations to help us all live better, live playfully, and keep moving. Our website has been developed by Overbord Design. The logo reflects the hills, beaches, weather, and water that surround anyone fortunate enough to spend time here.
