One-to-one sessions

Our one-to-one introductions start with a chat about your individual goals and challenges. 

You will have a postural analysis and an in-depth introduction to the five key elements that form the foundation for our Pilates programmes.

You will be given some appropriate home exercises and areas for focus based on exercises we have practiced.

You can expect your initial consultation to last about an hour and can find our up-to-date fee schedule here. NHS staff 10% discount!

Sessions are available as a one-off or bundle and can be purchased as very lovely gift for yourself or a friend. 

One-to-one sessions may be a good choice if

  • you would prefer an individual session before joining a group
  • you would like an individually structured or shorter session
  • you are unsure following injury or illness
  • you do not currently want to take part in a group session

Sessions usually take place at our airy, well-equipped studio in Fordington,  walking distance to Dorchester town centre and nearby parking.

Home visits: Would you prefer to be seen in the comfort of your own home, working 1:1 or with one or two friends?
