Our weekend workshops are bite-sized wellbeing snacks ideal for busy lives. Whether you are exploring something new, delving deeper into a specific topic, or looking for a special gift, they are a great way to recharge.
These stand-alone essions are usually held monthly on Saturday or Sunday during term time, subject to studio availability. Unless stated, sessions are suitable for most with a general level of fitness. Everyone is most welcome and we always meet for coffee for afters – what’s not to like! It would be lovely to see you there.
