We are delighted to introduce Challenge sessions to our Sunday Shorts menu!
Whether seasoned athlete or beginner, from time to time we all want to explore a specific area of interest and to have a bit of fun along the way.
Planks and Flexibility will be the focus of our first stand-alone Sunday session. Extended to 90 minutes, there is plenty of time to ask questions, experiment, laugh, and share experiences. After-class coffee is always an option!
Open to men and women over 18, get in touch if you would like to know more.
Please note: this intermediate/advanced Pilates-based session requires the ability to weight-bear on hands and knees, with no shoulder, hip, or hypermobility issues. Your starting point doesn’t matter, as there will be an emphasis on good technique and lots of progressions.
