We aim to target that often-overlooked primary sling, to fire strength and deepen understanding of its integral role in every part of our individual functional movement.
Sessions focus on scaffolding superficial muscles through focusing on this sling to enable and strengthen optimal functional movement.
We know that this is different for everyone and the session is ideal as an introduction, or as an adjunct to your existing training programme.
