There is so much more to ‘core’ than pelvic floor!

Join us as we explore and fire dynamic interaction between diaphragm, transverse abdominus, multifidus and pelvic floor.

Discover how to switch off those larger muscle groups to target your primary sling, fire strength and deepen understanding of its integral role in every part of functional movement.

Like women, men often have no idea about engaging and training these deep muscles until they train to do so – and just like women, verbal cues and visualisation can be a huge help.

But here’s the thing: there is a big difference in cues for men and women – and there is much, much more to ‘core’ than pelvic floor.

This class started as a one-off session that was so well-received, we will be trialling a regular monthly session in the new year for men of all ages and abilities so even if you are not able to make the next session, please register here to help us gauge interest.
