Our aim is to make our classes available to as many as possible, to ensure everyone has the best possible experience and progresses safely, to give priority to our existing students, and to keep our fees and class sizes low.
Complimentary taster sessions are offered to anyone joining our group sessions for the first time.
Make-up policy
If a session is cancelled by West Dorset Pilates, a refund will be given at the next session.
If you are unable to attend your class one week, it may be possible to attend an alternative session that week, subject to space availability.
As a general rule, refunds are not given for individual sessions missed.
If you know you will be away for a block of three or more sessions in a half term and don’t want to lose your place, there is an option to pay a 50% holding fee, providing notice is given before the start of that block of sessions.
Our classes are often over-subscribed with wait lists and this means you can walk straight back into class as soon as you are ready! It also helps us to manage costs and wait lists.
