Pilates in the community
More and more, Pilates is recognised for its benefits to us all, yet we know there are still many who don’t feel able to get involved, for a variety of reasons. We are always happy to work together with groups and individuals to include as many as possible, in a variety of different ways.
Good movement work doesn’t only happen in a studio or gym. There is growing interest in what happens when movement meets less traditional spaces like libraries, museums, gymnastics centres, the workplace – even a field of sunflowers!
We love the challenge, the energy, and the community spirit that comes from working this way. Please get in touch if you would like to know more or have ideas to share ideas about work together.
Who we’ve worked with
Over the years, we have been fortunate to work alongside a wide range of groups and organisations, highlighting issues like men’s health, menopause, and mental health:
Age UK North, South and West Dorset
Maiden Castle Farm Sunflower Trail
New projects are always developing, including a pilot project in Norway in Autumn 2026, bringing movement for older adults into a gymnastics centre setting.

Pilates in the workplace
We are happy to work with organisations who want to incorporate Pilates into induction, wellbeing days, or an ongoing occupational health programme. A short session can offer a great deal:
- A visible, practical step towards supporting staff health and wellbeing
- Better posture and core strength, helping reduce common work-related strain and injury
- A small but meaningful part of a wider culture of looking after your team
- And, importantly, it’s genuinely good fun
Sessions are always led by an experienced, qualified instructor, and tailored to your workplace and team.
